Sue Thomas Therapies offers massage therapy, aromatherapy and reflexology.

Sue uses many techniques to provide your ideal massage: swedish, deep tissue, remedial, relaxing, or whatever your needs. Aromatherapy uses essential oils combined with soothing massage. Reflexology uses a specific type of massage only on the feet. You may feel in need of massage to soothe aching muscles, calm body and mind, to maintain health or for the ultimate in pampering.

Sue’s experience and skill means she is finely attuned to your needs and each treatment is adapted to provide you the maximum benefit in a warm, relaxing environment. Sue has been described by her clients as ‘calming’, ‘understanding’, ‘efficient’ and as having ‘a lovely sense of touch’. Sue does not rush her sessions so expect a full hour of massage and allow 1 hour, 20 mins in total.

Sue is a member of the Complementary Therapists Association and is registered with the CNHC, the ‘gold standard’ for complementary therapists.

History

Established in 2000.

Sue Thomas has 24 years experience, qualifying in massage in 1989. She qualified in aromatherapy in 1998 and in reflexology in 2004.

Sue has worked at the Maudsley Hospital, offering massage therapy to people with mental health problems and for Lambeth primary care trust, taking massage referrals directly from GPs.

Sue is a fully qualified counsellor, and recently studied for an MA.

She currently works from New Cross Natural Therapy Centre, SE14 and from Gatehouse Complementary Health Centre, SE13. She also offers treatments in Honor Oak Park near Forest HIll. Visiting or mobile massage happily provided.
