At Mei Quan Academy of Tai Chi, we practise all elements of the traditional Yang Style syllabus, and interested students can choose to study any or all aspects of Tai Chi (Taiji or Taijiquan): development of one’s health; meditation; internal martial art; practical philosophy; and aspects of Chinese Medicine and traditional culture.
