Recently my wife been there to top up some recept from previous shopping and what a surprise??? The lady from a counter where u buying a cigarets and lotto refused to added those to our club card saing that there’s to many of it and looks like u just pick it up from the floor so I’m not gonna do it !!! What ??? How dare you! How very dare you to say something like that to a customer!!! First of all is not your damn business where this coming from!!! Listen to me love we spending a lot of money in tesco but if it is such a fuss we might go somewhere else where not rude as hell staff going to insult us due to some few receipts. How outrageous !!! Second of all: show me a rule about that, even my friend when shopping at tesco always ask if I want her receipts because she’s not interested in that kind of entertainment because for every 1000 £ spend u getting only 10 £ back so she is doing her shopping mostly in sainsburrys. To the rude lady, u were lucky I wasn’t there because if I was u were crying a river about what I have to say about your customer service, maybe the country you from u didn’t develop that skill but this is England and for something like that u should been sent for some course how to be professional at work and how to approach a customer with professional manner not like village idiot come out of nowhere.

I don’t like Tescos in general, but I’m definitely not a fan of this one. Sure, i found everything I needed, but my goodness the checkout counter woman was rude. Not because she ID’ed me and my friend(we’re 26 and 27 respectively), she pretty much threw our stuff down the checkout and rolled her eyes when we brought our own bags. There was nothing we could do right with this woman. We were perfectly friendly but she couldn’t be bothered. We were in a great mood(getting ready to cook dinner for friends), but she didn’t even so much as look at us unless it was to glare. Not impressed. At least in Asda they say hello.

Not as big as some Tesco’s, and with limited car parking space which can often be a bit of a pain to get into or out of, nevertheless this supermarket offers a good range of products at reasonable prices. Inside the aisles sometimes feel a little cramped, but the shelves are generally well stocked and queues are usually short. Good for a standard weekly shop, especially if you can walk there or get the bus rather than having to drive.

This is one of the larger Tesco stores and it offers a wide range of food products. The store doesn’t offer clothing ranges though as far as I remember. It can get quite busy at times but they do have a self checkout system for customers that have a basket and only want to purchase a few items. There is an average sized car park with spaces specially reserved for disabled customers or parents with babies or pregnant women. There are also toilets and a baby changing facility in the store. There is a bus stop located right outside the store which is convenient if you use public transport.
