A UFO cult straight out of the 1950s, believing in alien races on Mars and Venus! Ho dad! Founded by a former taxi driver who claims to be a doctor, a knight, and a good personal friend of Jesus (a Venusian) and St. Peter (who directed him to form his own knighthood order).[1]
Thought Scientology and Mormonism were whacked?
The Aetherius Society calls this their European HQ but it seems to amount to a storefront in Fulham. The door is via buzzer access only. No real ability to peruse their wares. The guy inside is actually quite friendly. I make fun of these people but, like a lot of Mormons, they seem to be a nice bunch of people despite the odd ball teachings of their L. Ron. (
