My first time at the Beauty Clinic in Fulham. I would recommend to anyone reading that the salon has excellent customer service, and my experience of a facial was superb, almost ballet like with timing and how it was performed. After my consultation I was able to switch off relax and let therapist Anna take me a drift into relaxation. Today, the following day my skin is visibly better, I’m very happy and couldn’t recommend this salon more. Thank you.

My daughter and I went for a Groupon spray tan and it was appalling. We ended up looking like two stripey oompa loompas and had to go out for dinner that evening looking ridiculous. They were nice enough but didn’t have a clue how to do a spray tan. I complained to Groupon but they ignored me.
KGB’s customer service is much better.
