This venue is fabulous! We had a great evening celebrating our daughter’s 30th birthday — delicious food served canapé style and very plentiful. Drink’s flowed and nothing was too much trouble for the staff or Luke the operations manager. We danced through until 1pm to a great DJ, who played music to suit all tastes — we left early and let the ‘kids’ party on into the small hours! Thank you to everyone at the Chapel Bar — fantastic night. I think the view would also suit daytime events, as it is decorated beautifully and has a lovely roof terrace for outdoor eating and drinking.

Make sure and visit this spot if you’re looking for a splendid food experience. We had the duck and seafood plates. Both very different meals and beautifully prepared. Very tasty indeed. Fresh, simple and delicious. We’ll be back!

Came here for a friend’s club night over the bank holiday weekend. The music was great (of course as the DJ was organised by my friend) but the venue itself is very disappointing. The dance floor is quite small and the bar area is tiled… so the sound echoes off the tiles and is very harsh on the ear. A single mixed drink is nearly £5 (!) and the bar tenders were more interested in looking cool than serving the patrons. It’s rather awkward to get to from either Angel or King’s X, so I won’t be visiting again.
