Wonderful staff. The compassion, attention to detail, & dedication to provide phenomenal medical care has left me in awe of this hospital. There is a reason this hospital is included in the world’s list of prestigious hospital. It does not disappoint. It is a level of care I have never witnessed or experienced in North America or India. This is how healthcare should be. Thank you!!!

The quality of staff & care at the London clinic is fantastic. I had the unfortunate experience of having to have my gallbladder removed and was quite nervous. The quality and care of my surgeon was of the highest caliber. He ensured that I had all my concerns answered before the surgery so that I was comfortable. My surgery was booked & on the day I checked into the hospital everything went smoothly and I was showed promptly to my room. The surgeon and anesthetist came in a few hours prior to the surgery to answer any other questions. After the surgery– I stayed in hospital for a few days where I was looked after by the most caring nurses. The nurse on staff the night of my surgery was so incredibly caring and ensured I was alright throughout the night. The surgeon and anesthetist additionally checked on my recovery. The staff ensured that I felt comfortable and aided me in my recovery. I was in a private room which was very spacious and clean. This privacy helped me to heal. I wasn’t able to eat much but the food I did try was very good– as a vegetarian they had a special vegetarian menu that I could order off of with a lot of choice. After my discharge– they ensured I had the necessary bandages and medication. My post-​operative care from my surgeon has also been fantastic. I’m really impressed with the level of care I received.

Had the dubious honour of checking into this clinic earlier this year for some wisdom teeth surgery, which were growing almost perpendicular in my jaw. The staff were professional and friendly, escorting my parents and I to my room and providing me with my surgery clothes (backless gown, knee length socks and string underwear!!!). The surgeon came in a short while later with the anaesthetist and walked me through the procedure before leaving to prep. I was asked whether I wanted to walk to the operating room and said that’d be fine, I might not be able to walk out but I’ll definitely walk in! I was taken down the staff elevator with a bunch of staff, not an issue for me, and then into the operating room. Having watched shows like ER, Grey’s Anatomy and House, I was expecting a massive room, but instead this was fairly small, there were only 3 people there, the two I met earlier and a nurse. The needle went in and I was asked to count back from 100, took me until 60 to pass out, apparently sedatives aren’t too effective on me. The next thing I knew I was waking up in the recovery room and trying to stand up. They wheeled me back to my room and I was told to sit and relax. We ordered some food and it was brought up promptly, better than previous hospital food I’ve had, mushroom soup being quite creamy as opposed to flavoured water. I was out by 1pm, just 4 hours after checking in. Picked up my medication on my way out after a full briefing from the nurse on how to look after myself. Really impressed with my first real surgery!

A had several consultations, 2 surgeries and several aftercare appointments at various branches of The London Clinic.
I’m very pleased with the friendly and attentive staff who supported me throughout my whole experience.
Highly recommend this clinic for those who are fed up with dismissive GP’s!
