I love the yoga, the teachers, juice bar, and the space to practice in. However the changing rooms for the males and females are right next to each other. There isn’t a door and it’s just a curtain. I felt that any male walking into his room could easily have seen into the women’s changing area. When I think about becoming a member at studios I always want the full package of having a changing area with showers. Showers are there, sink is right by the curtain to exit the changing room. The layout is poor and privacy could be improved.

I absolutely loved every class I tried at this studio. Great teachers, true to the class name-it’s actually a power yoga class and you workout HARD. I would recommend anyone looking for a good workout to try this studio. Even if the studio is not near your home.

FINALLY a place in London that offers Power Yoga all day long! They are open every day! The instructors are really friendly, so is the receptionist. The atmosphere is so personal and cozy. You basically practice in a big room with hardwood floor, a fire place, and big windows with a little garden outside. I could not imagine a better place to practice power yoga! The prices are reasonable, I got a 10 hour pass for 90 pounds.
5 stars and both thumbs up.

I feel like I should write an update now that I’ve been going to this studio for about a year. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a bad class here. The teachers here all have their own style, but all are consistently first rate. They strike a great balance between challenging you and also energizing you. Also, I like that it’s a relatively small studio so you don’t feel like you are jammed into a room with 50 other people. You get a really personalized experience. Fantastic yoga studio.
