Rock bottom customer care policy a member of my family got a parking charge notice from a company contracted by The Range to police (state) its private car park that person did not know and did not see the warning signs clearly if they had seen them they would not have stayed longer than the 2 hours allowed result is they have secret cameras to take ANPR pics of your car and you get a penalty of 60 pounds which soon goes up to 100 if you dont pay then they take you to county court simply for shopping in the store WARNING this means anyone who stays one minute over the 2 hours will get a minimum 60 pound fine some places it is 90 pounds. Dreadfully nasty policy by the two companies involved they are not a local authority or the police they are just ordinary members of the public like us what makes them think they can do this outrageous way to treat faithful customers
