Bit shocked by the previous review as I have found these guys to be very informative and helpful when asked about anything. The have a good stock of a wide range of products for such a small store and have generally been able to point me in the direction of what I wanted when I wanted it.
In terms of product quality, you get what you pay for, especially with DIY products — I have learned that lesson many times in the past, so the blame can’t really lie with the vendor, more with the manufacturer and brand.
Anyway, this place is quite expensive, but being in the centre of London what can you expect? Is a decent go-​to place for urgent materials, but if you can get yourself to a bigger store to get your stuff, do so.

Everything they sell here is junk and overpriced. Bought a ratcheting screwdriver set for over 20 quid and it fell apart first day. The hardware they sell is terrible quality too and the staff was not very helpful. Find some place else.
