Established in 2011.

A training company set up with the sole purpose being to offer the best possible qualification packages in hospitality, security and spectator safety.

With many years of operational experience as well as a highly competent team we set to work building both great packages of existing qualifications as well as completely new qualifications from both our own experience and input from industry leading professionals.

Our first qualification was Door Supervision under Highfield Awarding Body in Compliance at our centre in east London, we now offer over 20 industry recognised qualifications under 3 awarding bodies in venues across London. These including Wembley Stadium, West Ham Football Club, Charlton Football Club, The Olympic Park and many more.

We don’t just stop at training, through our industry connections we were able to build relationships with some of the industry leading employers to enable our learners exclusive access to opportunities for employment.

Hello,

I have been part of Total Hospitality Training from the very beginning and have witnessed many of our learners great successes through our programs. I truly enjoy being a part of our learners and our teams development.

I currently head up training operations across the company, this includes managing and recruiting tutors, selecting and organising delivery of qualification programs as well as research and development of new qualifications.

I look forward to meeting you on one of our courses.
