I love this place — what a great party. The food is great and the cocktail happy hour is definitely dangerous!

My wife and I went there to celebrate out birthday’s with a group of friends(9 of us altogether)… although we didn’t stay long! When the starters came out, they were very small portions of bad food! £6 for 5 pieces of deep-fried frozen calamari with a limp salad, and £6 for five deep-fried frozen chicken wings! When I asked the waiter if this was normal he replied with«What’s wrong with frozen?». We cancelled our main courses and the wine order and left. Avoid!

I guess coming from Texas my standards for Mexican food is high. Very high. I know I can’t expect to receive the same foods as I did back home but I do expect good food and atmosphere for my money. This place didn’t offer either. For starters, they didn’t honor their promotion: THURSDAYS FREE starter with every main meal purchased. My husband wanted to share the starter and meal but they told us they couldn’t honor the offer because we were not each ordering a meal. What? That’s not on their website. Strike one. The chips and dips appetizer came out and it was salsa, sour cream and guacamole out of a tub. Nothing fresh. And they served it with a handful of Doritos. Seriously? Really? Have the owners ever eaten proper Tex Mex? Shameful. The margarita was mostly mix, hardly any tequila and the chimichanga hardly had any chicken in it. To end the night on a more sour note the waiter never brought us our bill after asking for it. Once we got it we couldn’t leave fast enough. If you want to have good Mexican eat elsewhere and tell me where you went!
