Intriguing little place at the edge of Stratford when Tokyo isn’t available. Great food terrible service. Actually service is just like a chaotic centre of Tokyo, although I think they may be a little more ordered there. Dracula ramen was very nice and fresh salmon. Yes they cut it up right there and then. Fish market down the road tasted fresh am guessing this was real deal. Rice was lovely and swig of cloudy saki, a little expensive but maybe money doesn’t mean anything anymore.

I was craving for Japanese foods and this was one of the few one we found in this neighborhood(with high score on Unilocal). I tried their ramen and sushi and they’re both nice. They got some Japanese good in store as well and I imagine this could be convenient to people working/living in that area. I’d say probably a little bit expensive and we had a hard time fighting for seats. But all in all this restaurant worthes trying

This is where I go for my «I’m craving for raw fish and rice» place. Their sushi is freshly made and packed in a simple package. They also sell hot foods and other grocery items, so your spoiled for choices! They have a mini food court area right infront of their shop but at an extra charge, though you can get a take away and bring it to the main food hall in Westfields.

Nice sushi place for a shopping centre. The fish is fresh, and they prepare it right there. If you don’t eat in their«terrace» the food is way cheaper, that is a bit downer because there are free tables ten steps away. They should drop that extra charge

I rate this as an ok at best, simply due to the convenience factor of having lots of specialty Japanese cooking ingredients in one place. Good if you have am immediate need for some wasabi powder or togarashi seasoning. Cost is slightly pricey overall, Longdan in Shoreditch is cheaper. The sushi is barely mediocre. I’ve tried it a few times in desperation as at present there is no good sushi to be found in Stratford.(I eagerly wait to be corrected). Doesn’t taste fresh and isn’t assembled particularly well. Yawn.

Nice place to go to for lunch if your shopping in Westfield, it’s opposite Waitrose. Very nice sushi and the staff working there are friendly. Lovely to see the sushi being freshly prepared! Will definitely be going back!

I believe this is opened by Japan Centre too! If you went shopping/bowling/“movieing” at Westfield Stratford this place is a nice little cubbyhole next to Waitrose to take a break, have some sushi or ramen. It also sells Japanese groceries like Japan Centre. They have a few tables for you to dine in, or you can buy to take away. Near closing time sushi gets discounted by 10% upwards, so it’s a great time to come and pick up some bargains. They also sometimes have products near their sell-by date on discount, picked up some nice curry this way :) Very friendly staff, love this place to bits, no need to go to Central London!
