Urang Property Management manages residential and commercial blocks throughout Greater London. The portfolio of over 1800 units under our management continues to expand rapidly as a result of recommendations from clients and lessees who are happy with the attention they receive from our management team.

We work hard to improve our services daily — improving our supplier list and updating our processes. We capture the knowledge centrally and share it across the team so we are continuously finding quicker, cheaper & better quality solutions to our clients’ problems.

Clients are provided with Bi-​monthly updates delivered by email to facilitate group discussion. Telephones are manned 7 days a week and we have our own team of on call handymen and tradesmen to ensure we can quickly respond to emergencies.

History

Established in 1999.

Urang’s property management division was formed when Urang’s directors became disillusioned with the management and running of each of their buildings. Rarely informed of important decisions by the managing agent, the decision was made to take on the management to ensure that the needs of the leaseholder were clearly met along with the requirements to manage efficiently.

Word of mouth and recommendation has resulted in a further blocks being managed by Urang and interest in the unique service is growing. Leaseholders are kept fully informed of the progress of all the Urang managed buildings. Lessees report high satisfaction levels and a great improvement in the level of service that they receive from their managing agent.
