Based in South London, «Urban Fit & Fearless» offers self defence/krav maga training sessions. We teach Urban Krav Maga which is a highly respected and well established system with strong credibility in the Martial Arts/Self Defence community.
Simple and easy to learn the system emphasizes functionality with the aim of preparing the student to defend the most common street attacks. Based on quick reaction, swift movement and leverage rather strength, the techniques are applicable to female self-defence and against bigger and stronger guys.
«Urban Fit & Fearless» is a member of the British Combat Association and a fully certified and insured «Urban Krav Maga» instructor.
