Saturday Dance School located in Balham for Children aged 2 years+, teaching Ballet and Tap. VBDance holds an excellent track record for delivering high quality dance tuition in a fun and relaxed environment with many students achieving highly.
Our teachers hold professional ISTD Dance Teaching Qualifications and /or professional performing experience in the dance industry. We regularly attend CPD courses to ensure our students get the very best out of their sessions at VBDance. Classes at the Balham branch are taught by VBDance Principle Victoria Bremner.
Whether a student wishes do dance as a hobby, or to prepare for a career in dance, VBDance provides a unique environment for them to realise their potential.
History
Established in 2006.
Starting with just 10 children in 2006 as an after school dance club in Burgess Hill, VBDance has blossomed into a friendly and professional ISTD Dance school providing weekly classes in Classical Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Tap and Street to over 170 pupils across two branches based in West Sussex and London.
In 2011 VBDance expanded to include a new venue at St Marks Church Hall in Balham.

Victoria trained at The Roshe School of Dance and The University of Surrey graduating with a Bachelor of Arts First Class Honours in Dance and Culture specialising in Classical Ballet under the instruction of Jennifer Jackson (Royal Ballet) Contemporary Dance and Choreography. Upon graduation, Victoria enjoyed a successful career as a professional Contemporary Dancer with Odyssey Dance Theatre, Singapore.
She is a devoted member of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing and was awarded her Associate with a Distinction in 2004. She holds the ISTD Diploma in Dance Education (Imperial Ballet, Tap and Modern Theatre) and is currently preparing for her ISTD Licenciate.
Hundreds of students have benefited from Victoria’s instruction and experience and as such the school enjoy a remarkable examination success rate with a high proportion of students achieving at Distinction level from Primary Grade right through to Vocational Level.
