I was surprised to find this place was open on a Saturday but it was and was surprisingly easy to get an appointment on the Saturday then it was for the week as I assumed that Saturday would be more difficult as 90% of people work Monday to Friday and during office hours. Once I got here, was quite impressed by the front of house staff as they were so helpful, welcoming and friendly. The members of the medical profession, however that’s a different story — they were so rude, unprofessional, unhelpful, uncaring and I can carry on. I had to bring my grandmother here for a scan. She is an Alzheimer’s patient and her English is extremely basic, they were not accommodating to her needs which I was not happy with at all, when I tried to express her concerns to her, they totally ignored it and just carried on. The staff in my opinion did not have much medical knowledge when I enquired further about certain queries I had, which made me question how medically trained they actually are. When I booked the appointment it was cleared for me to be with her inside the scan room, when I was there, they totally dismissed it and as a result they didn’t make the patient feel at ease at all and she was extremely uncomfortable. I would definitely not recommend ever coming here.
