I adore Vivienne Westwood’s clothing, accessories and shoes. This flagship showroom is a wonderful place to browse — and a bit dangerous too since I usually end up spending money here. It seems that the staff on the basement floor are shoved down there for a reason, because they have no social skills, or basic customer service skills. The staff on their ground floor are quite lovely — it’s a difference of night and day. They offer VAT refunds for foreign shoppers. Jewelry items have a 1 year warranty, limited to the UK only. Don’t even bother asking for gift wrapping or a box for your purchases — they don’t offer it. They do tailoring on their clothing items, but you need to inquire about it because the sales staff don’t actively tell you about it. There may be a fee for the service. Given the Conduit Street clientele, and this shop’s location, I definitely expect better. This could be a 5-star establishment, but their deplorable customer service need to be improved.

Excellent selection of devine clothing and acessory lines! Never dissapoints! Although some items of clothing can be marginally outlandish.

Love this store. Not much in the way of everyday clothing… but awesome. Got agreat cardigan… the sales people are super snarky but its that kind of place. Don’t come in here to browse… have money and want to buy, otherwise the staff will make you feel like an asshole

Beautiful VW store and where I’ve bought my first VW skirt and where my passion for her grew. The sellers are so kind and helpful they enjoy to help you and advise you to try all clothes that you would like to try.

To many of us mere mortals, the grand shops around Bond Street seem a little, how shall I put this, uninviting? While it is pretty obvious that I am not going to be buying much when I rock up in my parka and converse, I’m at least allowed to look, right? It seems that in many places I am not. This was why I was so pleased to find myself in Vivienne Westwood a few weeks ago. The shop, while filled with beautiful and exclusive garments, seemed relaxed and informal. Amy Winehouse boomed out of the speakers, the staff were chatty(especially to each other), and I didn’t feel out of place. This store stocks both the Gold and Red Label, so both the couture lines, and the more day to day fashions(but still dramatic, this is Westwood we are talking about) For a long time now the jaw droppingly covetable Carrie Wedding Dress has been in the shop window. Perhaps they could put it on hold for me while I sort out the minor details of finding a husband, and the money to buy it? Other than The Dress, I found plenty to catch my eye. There were a few lovely looking bags that seemed extremely reasonable — even I could have afforded them.(with just a teensy bit of saving). I was sorry to have to leave this store, but we had more playing at being rich to do in the other shops. Still, this was where I had the best time.

I have long gone past the flagship Vivienne Westwood store, but for some reason never gone inside. Probably for the same reason I never talk to the cute guy who lives in my building — because, maybe if I spoke to him, I’d realise he wasn’t the dream man I’d be building up in my head and the sad reality that he is actually a boring accountant or the like would come true. So, a few weeks ago, I’d been on a lunch date, and was being dropped home in a cab when said date says to the driver«Pull up here for a minute please». I look out and where am I. The Vivienne Westwood store. I swear my heart stopped for a second as he jumped out and ducked inside. I sat in the cab, looking at the neon sign and the copious amounts of tartan in the window. Vivienne Westwood to me encompasses all that is British and fabulous. She is both a style icon and a cultural pioneer. A few minutes later and he jumps back in the cab, handing me the pale pink carrier bag. I open the tissue paper as delicately as one can. Inside is Westwood’s new perfume — ‘Boudoir’ — I am in Heaven. Maybe next time I’ll go inside.

This flagship store of the quirky and rebellion British fashion designer Vivienne Westwood has became like a land mark among her fans. The colorful shop is often crowded by all the club kids, gays and fashionistas, and according to my observation –also mostly by Japanese tourists! Shop full of her individual, theatrical statement pieces, check bags and show off jewelry –style that every one recognizes. If you are looking for shoes&accessories, pop in to the store in Davies street that is just behind the corner. and yes, they do sell have that Carries wedding dress in this store! Anyone? As a sex and the city fan I just went to see the dress as I am sure someday it will be fight over collectors, exhibited in a museum, or at least named the dress of the year.
