Walkabout is a fun, casual, Australian-themed bar very close to the Covent Garden Market and Piazza. My friends were looking for a good time and we found it here! They have live AND recorded music playing, and there’s typically dancing in the front area but seating towards the back if you prefer that. There was a good crowd both times I went! The bar is crowded, but the drinks are good as well — I was quite content with a delicious Sex on the Beach while watching my friend flirt with the cute ginger bartender: P.

This is the most fun I had at any pub in London. This is an Australian themed bar that attracts many Southern hemisphere folks along with a good crowd of more local folks. I always met lots of friendly people and everybody was always having a good time. This place is right off the Covent Garden tube and also near to a good South African bar. They often have live bands with people dancing in the front and space in the back to sit. It is a great place to begin the evening before going out in Soho.
