I’ve been coming to West One for a few months now for waxing — it’s local to work and they are really excellent. Wafa is a great therapist — it’s worth asking specifically for her as she’s super fast and efficient, but she doesn’t work every day.
Treatment rooms are clean and private — and you get the sense that the therapists are well qualified and know what they are doing.
It’s reasonably priced and the salon is conveniently placed near Baker St station (although walking distance from Marble Arch and Bond St too). I will continue to come to this salon — do book in advance and make sure to ring the bell you arrive if you don’t see anyone at the front desk — they lock the upstairs when they’re working in the treatment rooms downstairs.

Came for a quick hot wax bikini before jetting to my most recent holiday. The staff fit me in, despite me being a bit late, so sweet! The staff was professional and very quick. The price was fine, but not a selling point. My only issue was that I did have some issues of ingrown hairs post-​wax, which never happens when I do hot waxes.

This place is an absolute gem, I’ve been having facials with the owner Sally Medcalf for nearly ten years and I can honestly say she is the best facialist in London, her pore draw and rose peel facials are simply without compare, your skin is left glowing, radiant and clear for weeks afterwards. Sally is also incredibly professional and delightful, always full of good advice if asked for and a truly skilled beauty therapist. Exceptional.

This salon is excellent value for money, in a super central part of town. This is my beauty go-​to — they do a wide variety of treatments and they are all well below traditional prices, especially in Marylebone.
I’m positively biased towards Antipodean beauticians. They rip and snip more efficiently than European beauticians in my experience. Hence, you can be in and out of this salon in record time, but with great attention to detail. No sloppy, disappointing waxing experiences here.
They are brave enough to tackle my 1 x quarter pedi too. Again, it’s efficient, affordable and the range of polishes is really good. Lots of Opi and Essi.
Lovely woman who owns the place, who obviously trials and cherry picks each of the beauticians. Reliable. Which is so essential in this industry!

Great place just of the Baker Street! They do Catherine Herzog facials and Dermalogica facials from around £50 which is very decent. You can have done pretty much any beauty things you can imagine and they also do mix and match offers with treatments.
I’d recommend a chocolate facial, yummy!!:)
