We were a big group, very polite, not rowdy and quite organised. The staff didn’t make us feel welcome, we had to ask for chopsticks and when they brought them to the table they threw them, there weren’t enough so we had the cheek to ask for some more, they threw 2 more at us, so we were 4 short. We were determined to make them smile, but our efforts were futile. The food was ok, I’ve had better, but I’ve had worse too.
I would say that it’s ok, if you want a quick, basic, reasonably priced something to eat, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you want to sit down for a nice meal.

Prices have gone up recently, but it’s still good value and the portions are generous. Can get a little busy at times, but you’re generally able to get a table without too many problems. Quick and tasty!
