STAYAWAY! …from the male staff that is… I went here over 5 years ago and this is my first opportunity to warn people how untrained and useless the male member of staff are at this salon. Basically in short, my nail on my foot was cut all the way up to the root of my nail which when started to peel away from the skin. I did not realise this until he finished. I couldn’t complain to anyone at the time as he was the only on working. If the owner is reading this and has photos of the staff from back in 2011 I will happily come over and point out this member of staff, who i’m sure is still working there now. My nail now has been infected and I need to pay for private foot doctor to treat it or remove the nail… if i could post a picture of my nail, i would!

I have been coming to Zen nails and beauty for over 5 years and I wouldnt go anywhere else! The staff are very friendly, polite and funny. They are also very good nails technitions especially Amy and Richard, my nails are always perfect. I always have pink and white acrylic nails and they look so natural that other people think they are my real nails, just how I like it! I would definitely recommend Zen nails to everyone I know. Like I said before I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thank you for the continous great experience and service and for my lovely nails.

I was recommended Zen Nails by a friend but when I turned up to have a manicure/pedicure they wasn’t aware of my booking I don’t think they keep a record of there bookings it wasn’t until another member of staff who must of remembered the telephone conversation that knew what I was there for. First I was to have my pedicure so the male technician ran the foot bath for me when he asked me to put my feet in I had quickly take my feet out or I think I would of lost a layer of skin the water was scolding HOT. After getting the water temperature right we then started to do my pedicure while taking away the hard skin off my feet he then sliced a chunk of normal skin of the side of my foot, I have never seen so much blood the technician was apologetic but if he was looking where he was scrapping I don’t think he would of taken such a chunk out of me After eventually stopping the bleeding and bandaging my foot up he then started on my manicure this seem it was done in such a quick time 10 mins to be precise which I felt was rushed due to the incident with my foot. I felt they wanted me out of there as quickly as possible. Not a very pleasant experience for a 1st timer having to go to A&E to get a stitch put in my foot afterwards.
