Excellent service, manager does not try to rip you off and only does what vehicle needs. They have very experienced staff, and i’ve found them to always be good value for money a place i now trust. Used for 5 years and would not go or recommend anywhere else!

a shame i did not find those comments before. just paid over £850 cash (got an invoice thanks god), for wheel baring, worn disk and clutch. been around 6 weeks, baring gone, clutch okish but not perfect, breaks need bleeding, not working as well as previously, and they were supposed to do change pads, that was not done. I use my van for work, now off the road i can’t work. What bother me is that I took my kids to birmingham from luton, if it had broken down or worth I don’t know if i would be there writing this today.
The RAC pick the van up today, they told us what those cowboys did was pack the bearing with high temperature burning grease, which usually wear off after a month. They also said they never changed the brakes, which we paid for ect.
At the end of the day, it’s not just money, it people lives they’re playing with, those could have caused a serious accident.

DO NOT EVER GO NEAR THESE BUNCH OF VIOLENT THUG COWBOYS.
I wish I had looked at this site before using these rip off merchants as everything written in the other reviews prior this are very true. Having spoken to friends since my experience it would appear that lots of people have had similar bad experiences of these fly by nights.
I took my car in for a new tyre (looked like the cheapest around at the time), but mainly because I had a warning light that needed a diagnostics. At the time of booking in the day before I checked that the quote included everything (valves, balancing, etc).
On arrival I waited over an hour. Witnessing customer after customer being told that actually their vehicle needed much more than they originally thought and people seeing massive invoices compaired to their quote.
On arrival I mentioned that the car had a slight steering wobble at high speed, and was advised it could be a number of things, so I asked if they could have a look to see if there was any problem when changing the tyre.
I was then later told that their diagnostic machine was broken so they couldn’t do what I had actually gone in for, but the tyre was changed so would be ready shortly. I was then presented with an invoice for over double what I had been quoted. Obviously I argued that I would not be paying for the diagnostics that hadn’t been done, but was told that this was for all the other work.
So rather than tell me what the issue with this slight wobble was, I now had been billed for tracking, balancing for all four tyres at an extortion rate. When I refused to pay the idiot excuse of a manager took a swing at me and then jumped over the desk trying to have a fight (with a bunch of his mates/​colleagues) backing him up. I was pushed out of the office by one of his colleagues. They also blocked my car in with a broken down vehicle, and all of this in front of my wife and children. There was no way I was getting my car back until I paid what was not owed. I therefore paid on my Sainbury’s credit card and then tried to claim back from the card company, needless to say they were as good as useless as well.
Once I had my car the manager even tried to start a fight again on the forecourt.
What made this even worse was that when I drove away the car clearly un-​driveable. So I had the joy of dealing with thug manager all over again, who had the bear faced cheek to say that the problem was with another tyre, so I could pay them even more money. This turned out to be the only bit of truth from the whole saga, naturally I got the tyre elsewhere.
The exhaust then also blew later that day and the garage I took it to said it appeared to have been tampered with.
I did evetually get a refund for the additional items that they had charged for but only after threatening them with court action.
So please be warned, never go near this place, it will cost you dearly. And I have since met an astonishing numner of people who have similar experiences. The few reviews on here does not reflect just how bad they are. They must be due another name change again soon. Different label same bunch of cowboys!
