lovely restraunt staff are polite really nice choices for food on the menu
the pizza and burgers are lovely

No complaints, brilliant food, staff were helpful, prices weren’t too bad and it was clean. Loved sitting in one of the raised booths, was like being a kid again lol. I had the ribs which were fantastic, would recommend them

£9 for a F&B speciality burger, which wasn’t that special. My wife asked for chile to be added to her seafood pasta, charged an extra £1 and came back hardly spicey at all. Staff seemed put out with having to serve you. Atmosphere lively despite this. UNDERWHELMED.

DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU ARE HUNGRY AND WANT FOOD IN A HURRY! We used to eat here a lot but the service has gone right downhill. One night we went, it was a summer bank holiday and there was about 8 people in the restaurant. It was practically empty. We ordered starter and main course and it took over 2 ½ hours! We were so hungry!
We could see our meal sitting on the side waiting to be delkivered for at least 5 mins before it came to us and teh meal was by then luke warm so we had a word with the manger.
Another time we ordered our starter and our main together. the main turned up before the starter and the starter turned up just before the main meal!
Have not been back for ages. Went to another Frankie and Benny’s in Sussex and that was just as bad. They need to pull their socks up.
Food is ok when you get it. Music is way too loud, you cant have a normal conversation.

Not a lot of choice for vegetarions. Slow service and quite expensive but the dessert menu was quite good

customer service??? dont think they know what that is very disapointed wont go back! food cold as took 1hr after ordering, starter was forgotten didnt bother with dessert.

Staff not terribly good! Bar is always busy and slow! Management can’t quite grasp the concept of customer service!
Toilets are never clean and usually blocked!

It’s a chain restaurant so I won’t bother describing the food and décor as you already know what deep fried delights you’ll get in every branch of F & J’s. The place is never full but the place is still understaffed and service at the bar is often very slow.
