Business Owner
Have been working in IT after qualifying for Advance Diploma in IT in 1999. Started at a Global Computer Training provider on their Helpdesk, handling 350+ Calls PD. Became Team Leader of 2 technicians, on a Major Rollout covering Northern England and Whole of Scotland and Isles. Travelled throughout UK to fix IT equipment. Company then developed new department with self in mind which was more Technical, and involved travelling throughout UK, Éire, Europe, Middle East and Africa. Fixing and installing IT Equipment. 2006, had Industrial injury, and had to give up job. So aPC Networx Ltd was formed. Have Microsoft Server and Workstation Technology, HP, Cisco and Juniper Network Systems. A+ and Network + experience.
