Established in 2005.
Established in 2005 Barburrito started it’s journey in 2005 at Piccadilly Gardens in Manchester, Morgan and Paul set on a Mission to create the worlds ULTIMATE burrito… since 2005 they have set up a few more stores but the mission is not complete. Watch out Barburrito will be popping up near you soon…
Meet the Business Owner
Morgan and Paul X.
Business Owner
Morgan was born in Papua New Guinea, first visited Mexico as a teenager, globetrots for great recipes, and counts himself Scottish.
We think he may really be a spy. But if he is, he still finds time to perfect incredible Mexican recipes.
When he’s not looking for authentic tastes, he tests them on his two-year-old daughter, Ella. Think of her as the brains behind the Barburrito enterprise.
Paul was born on a farm in Ireland. Naturally, his first word was ‘nacho’.
From an early age, he had a deep interest in farm animals. «That piggy looks adorable!» he’d chirp in his innocent child’s voice. «Let’s slow cook it with chillies and peppers».
He loves good food. And loves promoting it almost as much as eating it. (Almost, but not quite. That wouldn’t be normal.)
Paul loves vegetables too. Try our veggie tacos — it shows.
