Birchfield Fencing

Sad to say an appalling experience with Birchfield and was treated to some disgraceful verbal abuse. Had several fence panels destroyed in the recent high winds (Late April/​early May 2012). Called Birchfield on a recommendation. They came around quickly to do a quote, which was quite pricey but fair, and arranged for the work to be done on a Friday morning. Come the day for the work and no fences arrived. Tried calling but their phone was unreachable for the entire day. At 4:30pm I decided to drop by the yard to see if I could find out when they were coming and was treated to a tirade of verbal abuse. The language used was disgusting and was certainly not fit for a company.
Rather oddly, after mutually agreeing to go our separate ways, several men arrived the following day to fit our fences either the communication is just as appalling as the language or they are very disorganised. Needless to say we sent them away. If I could give no stars I would.
