Very disappointing — again! This is my 4th time in this lounge and it continues to go downhill. The check-in desk is understaffed and excruciatingly slow. A group of 20+ passengers waited over 25 minutes before being allowed in the lounge! The space is untidy(dirty tables, ripped cushions and stained carpet). A major facelift is in order. The food selection isn’t bad for a morning flight. Pastries, yogurt and cereal choices. All fairly tidy but not well stocked. Overall a below average experience.

As typical, the Brit’s always do well when it comes to lounges and this is no exception. The layout is cool, as it is on the second floor and they have a circular flow surrounded mainly by windows. In the center the circle of windows looks down into the main concourse and duty free area so it makes for a great people watching spot. If your not the people watching type of person and prefer looking at air traffic or into the distance then the outer windows give you a view of the airport and beyond. So, very nice views. If you are wanting to work or need juice for your electronic gear there are plenty of ports and workspace ares to hook up to. The food, snack & drink selection is also slightly above par(although not as good as the one in London). The only negative comment that I would give here is the furniture itself is showing it’s age and clearly well used. The furniture is clean, but the cushions have seen better days. In closing, if you have a long layover, then you’re doing well if it is in this lounge.

This is an interesting lounge. It’s located above the atrium-type area inside Terminal 3, and one can actually look down upon the unwashed masses from the 360-degree view(and likewise, they can look up in awe at the chosen ones). It’s quite a spacious lounge, so while there were many passengers visiting(and stuck, as I was there during some pretty severe windstorms) there was still plenty of room to spread out in different sections of the lounge. But my favorite spot to sit was by the windows overlooking the bar/food court below… great for people watching! There were a few food service areas throughout the club, all of which were well stocked. The lounge attendants were very friendly. My only criticism was the lack of service to the shower rooms. There are 2 which are just open and self-serve(instead of asking for access from the front desk). As a result, both showers were *ahem* «soiled» with previous users who could have used the restrooms but chose not too. One even had a dirty diaper on the floor! As a result, I chose the one that was less dirty, and used the towels from the other room to spread out on the floor and the shower stall itself. At least I had a place to freshen up after my flight from Chicago. Overall, a pretty good lounge.
