Egg puffs are the new thing! If you’ve never tried these Asian snacks, they are deadly addicting. Basically it’s a combination of egg batter, sugar and toppings(if you’d like something extra). Sounds plain, but tastes amazing. Cha Kee does these perfectly. Typically you find them at street vendors around HK and other Asian cities. They’re known to be nicely hot and sweet. This place manages to get theirs just the right consistency with a lovely crisp texture and a good temperature. I had some with ice cream and the combo was delectable. Price was around £3−4. My friend tried the egg waffle which I wouldn’t recommend as highly(also backed up by the fact that she kept on trying to sneak bits of mine.) Overall this new venue for Asian snacks isn’t as diverse with their dessert options but definitely an A+ when it comes to egg puffs!
