Absolutely appalling service. As a landlord of a property that was managed by Pearson Ferrier for me, I would not recommend them. Tenants clearly unable to afford the rent, thousands of pounds of damage and court costs. No communication from themselves regarding the matter, they totally left me to pick up the mess, which could of been avoided. Pay them a management fee every month, but incapable of actually managing a property. I certainly will not use this letting agents again.
