History

Established in 2008.

Founded and run by the partners of the company; Mr Stephen Chesworth & Mr Kamal Patel, with over 42 years of combined experience with in the Residential Letting and Management industry.

After many years of working with Corporate and Independent agents in both London and Manchester it became very clear to us that our personal beliefs were not being reflected by the companies we worked for and so Phoenix Property Management was born. A company that provides very high level of customer service, where our clients could reach us whenever they wanted to even outside of business hours. Where you can speak directly to a partner of the firm, and have your calls returned without having to wait days only to be passed from pillar to post. We founded the company on the premise that customer service is paramount and constantly strive to make your dealings with us as stress free as possible.
