History
Established in 2004.
Red Hot World Buffet launched in Nottingham in 2004, and turned the outdated image of all-you-can-eat establishments on its head. The company set out to recruit five-star chefs from some of the best restaurants and hotels around the world, who are experts in the preparation of their chosen cuisine. As well as skilfully preparing an array of up to 300 dishes from four continents, Red Hot’s chefs also cook food freshly to order in front of customers’ eyes. The fastest-growing restaurant chain in the UK, Red Hot serves an amazingly diverse buffet, with dishes from India, Italy, China, Thailand, Mexico, Japan and Britain, including fresh pasta, curry dishes and teppanyaki made to order — and all at a fixed price.

Sandeep M.
Manager
Sandeep has worked for Red Hot since 2006, initially as a restaurant supervisor before holding posts as both assistant manager and unit manager in Milton Keynes. He became unit manager for the Manchester branch when it opened in May 2011 and his favourite parts of the job are working in a fast-paced environment and interacting with a wide variety of people each day. Sandeep has a diploma in hotel management and worked at a four-star hotel in India before coming to the UK.
