Sports Direct

This is a good Sports Direct store in The Manchester Fort. The Stock levels are quite good, unfortunately they did not have any 2013 – 2014 City kits remaining, I hoped to try and bag a deal on a old kit with the season over however they were not in store or on the website. Apart from that, they still had a satisfactory range on display.
Although, I still prefer ordering online to actually going in the shop, I had a relatively good experience, the member of staff I spoke to seemed helpful and confident in answering my questions.
Returns only being able to be done upstairs is something which confuses me, If they have tills downstairs they should be able to do it on the ground floor as well as the first.
This Sports Direct store follows the same layout as many others, the same staircase as you walk in through the similar sort of doors to a similar layout and even style of floor compared to most other stores. If you visit Sports Direct regular, you should not get lost here!
Another good thing to improve would be ordering items to come instore free of charge rather than pay 4 pounds for delivery what many stores are doing at the moment, not this stores fault however.
