Shellac gel polish, manicure, pedicure, waxing, eyebrow and lash tinting, massage, hot stone massage, reflexology and ear candling for those with sinus and wax problems.

History

Established in 2012.

We opened on March 23^rd 2012 and have grown to a team of 3, Jackie, Jackie and Sue. We specialize in vibration plate fitness training (1hr exercise in 10 minutes) and have many happy and successful customers who’s benefits range from weight lost, improved muscle tone, improved fitness levels, improved circulation, improved sleep and many other health improvements.

In addition, we house a Gym (FREE to members) for that extra level of fitness.

We have since expanded to offer a range of additional services and treatments, covering Laser Lipo (inch loss), holistic therapies, nails and beauty; all provided by our fully qualified therapists.
