In comparison to other jewellery shops in town, i would not step foot in to this one again. Yes, they have a fabulous range of products, but unfortunatley the product range is the only thing i feel i can positively comment on. The last time i visited, will stay as my last– I walked in as your standard looking citizen, and instantly felt out of place and like i was unwanted in the shop– its a shame as i went in with all intentions to spend £200+ on the product i went in for, but obviously the book was judged by the front cover, which lead me to travel to leicester for Links of London, than be served by a rude member of staff looking down on me. Before now, I have also come across the owner. I almost do not blame the staff for having the attitude they have with a boss like that. He was very rude, far from understanding of what I was trying to explain to him and had no time for me. Not the way to build customer relationships I’d say. There are far better jewellery shops in town, and should no where else in harborough stock a brand i’m after, I shall venture out of town from now on. So disappointing.

During alteration piece of gold was removed and returned only upon request. Work was not done on time and we had to wait another 30 min. No discount was offered for all the trouble we went through.

Don’t be fooled by the art deco type façade. For years I thought this was the only thing they sold! It is a real good jewellers with knowledgable staff. They have a lovely range of Links products. They offer alterations — I’ve twice had my rings done here and they have been done really well. Good for gifts too.

Ooh, I love gazing into the windows of this shop! Beautiful, high quality jewellery with gorgeous designs. You will find everything here from sterling silver with glass beads to platinum with high carat diamonds and classic designs to more contemporary jewellery. You will get the big names in jewellery fashion such as Links of London or Trollbeads and the displays in the windows are fantastic, lit up well and really lure you in. I haven’t actually purchased anything from here yet but it has taken remarkable self-​restraint! I do, however, point out the lovely, twinkly engagement rings to my partner on a regular basis (hint, hint)! This shop is perhaps a little more expensive than other jewellers in town, but I think this is the place for something a bit special, and it would be worth it.
