Now having read the only other review about the Bull Inn I feel I need to share my experience. It was late on a Wednesday evening when we rocked up here. We were all dressed in track suits and trainers and the staff didn’t bat an eye lid. It might have been it was a quiet evening and they were just grateful of the business as to why we had no issue with getting in and getting a table. I would suggest it is more of a resturant than a traditional country pub, which might be an issue for those just looking to pop in for a pint in the leafy village of Bisham. The staff were friendly enough and quick to point out the specials of the day. The menu offers most standard fair, mixed grills, steak, fish and so it goes on to the point of where perhaps they offer a little bit to much? Just a thought. While we were ordering the group opposite us were on their desert selection and to our amazement they wheeled over the dessert trolley for them to select from. The trolley was ladened with lemon meringue, Etonian mess and apple strudel to name a few. So at that moment I could have skipped main and gone straight to desert! When our food did arrive and it was ok nothing spectacular but well cooked and well presented food, it was polished off quickly to get to that dessert trolley. The only downside was my phone was out of juice and I couldn’t capture any images of the dessert trolley.

Can’t comment on the food as we weren’t welcome«due to our shoes being too dirty.» Has pretensions of being a restaurant, but set in a run of the mill pub.
