The Jasmine has closed — whether it is for refurb or forever I don’t know. when it was open it was very nice — good portions and presentation.

I quite like this place you know.
It’s a decent size and in a great location — slap, bang in the middle of town.
The food is more than the average Chinese with some imaginative dishes. The quality of food is consistently high — in fact, I’d probably go as far as to say that it’s the best Chinese food that I have eaten in this country.
If you’re having a party or a works do, then they have some huge tables and the quiet, friendly and efficient staff seem to be running on rails.
Prices are good for Marlow (you can interpret that as you want) and the portion sizes are more than adequate.
All in all, you will enjoy your visit here and leave feeling very satisfied.
