Guided to this wonderful pub by reception at the local Premier Inn. Friendly bar staff with a great selection of ales and other ‘normal’ beers. Nice outside seating for those warmer evenings. Lovely, cosy inside seating. A nice, standard, British pub. Worth a little walk to find it.

Great little English pub located on a quiet residential road not too far from the High Street. I love the low ceilings and feel of the place. When the weather is nice, they have plenty of tables outside, although the views are not the best(alley to car park or something like that). I love that this pub serves Hoegaarden — something different and is one of the reasons why I chose this pub over other pubs. Visit Two Brewers — if only for a pint!

Good beer, good food. Never been let down whenever I’ve taken anyone there.

The Two Brewers is a nice old-fashioned pub, close to the river in Marlow. The pub dates back to around 1755, but thankfully the atmosphere and menu are a bit more modern. Starters range from £3.50 to £7 and cover old favourites like soup through to more modern dishes like Chicken Samosas and Mussels in white wine and cream. Mains range from burger and chips at under £10; confit duck leg with curried sweet potato; risotto of asparagus, baby spinach and mascarpone and at the expensive end are steak and chips or rump of lamb with peas, broad beans & new potatoes at around £16. Desserts are around £6−7. I had free range chicken breast with quinoa cakes & mango & greek yoghurt salsa. The quinoa cake was interesting, it looked like a slice of coarse toastie loaf, but the cold mango and yoghurt dressings on the warm chicken breast didn’t work for me. We were in a good-sized private dining area upstairs, and amongst the group we had a wide selection off the menu: everyone in the party seemed to enjoy the meal. It can be a bit tricky to park in Marlow, and although there is some parking round the back of the pub, there isn’t much, but a nice pub wit good food in a pleasant spot.
