I have had a bad experience with food here once. The staff look miserable but you know the food is cheaper than Kfc but its a trek out of town to this place. I would still prefer KFC but sometimes if its more convenient I wil go here.

In my opinion, Dixy Chicken is the poor mans KFC. The meals are practically the same but quite a bit cheaper and the portions of fries are much larger. Dixys also does pizzas and offer a delivery service. I recommend going here instead of KFC because although it is a little further away from town, there is never a queue compared to the constant one in KFC and the drinks are better too as for a small soft drink they give you, for example, a can of Pepsi, and for a large drink its a bottlemuch better than the diluted rubbish you get from those in fast food restaurants.
The staff are also very friendly and if you are regulars and are around near closing time they will give you extra portions.
