Spent around £4k on carpets and flooring. When our first choice of carpet wasn’t available the salesman suggested an alternative. We were assured it was hardwearing, yet within a few months of fitting it was flattened and discoloured in places.
They ‘investigated’ but it was a whitewash.
Will never use again and wouldn’t recommend.
