Monkey Orchid is a ethical, environmental and animal friendly business based in Newark, Nottinghamshire.
We aim to provide the best quality service in domestic cleaning and gardening in the area.
Sadly there is a preconceived idea that those who care about our planet are hippies and live alternative lifestyles or that living sustainably is expensive and hard work however this is no longer the case.
I set up Monkey Orchid with this in mind, I want to demonstrate that it is possible to be conscious of the issues affecting our planet and its residents in a commercial setting.

As a child I was passionate about animal welfare and sustainable living, over time life distracted me and I forgot how important our environment is. I couldn’t see how privileged we are to live in a country as green and diverse as we do regardless of the sometimes extreme and destructive weather. It took losing everything for me to remember my ideals and change my habits.
I set up Monkey Orchid with this in mind, I want to demonstrate that it is possible to be conscious of the issues affecting our planet and its residents in a commercial setting.
