Neapolitan pizza with a Brooklyn twist
History
Established in 2012.
All of Cal’s Own whole pies are made to the highest Neapolitan standard, hand stretched and built on the large wooden peels commonly found in New York city. Select your preferred pizza, and have it topped with your choice of extras from our menu, if you so desire. Your pie is then placed directly onto firebricks and baked at an extremely high temperature, giving each pizza its own unique shape and distinctive taste.
