History

Established in 2001.

FTT Computer Repairs was born in 2003 as an off-​shoot of our sister company No Nonsense IT Ltd., which was established in 2001 to provide professional IT services to the small to medium business sector.

Having recognised the quality of IT support we provided, staff working at the companies we supported started to ask if we also fixed computers for non-​business customers, Iso we started to! As word spread, we the number of requests grew, so we decided to establish a separate division of the company to service those requests.

As this new direction for the business started to flourish, we decided to open up our services to the public. Being based in close proximity to Newcastle & Northumbria Universities it was only a short time before we started to receive calls from students asking us to deal with their laptop problems. As our reputation for quality service at a reasonable price spread, it was a natural progression that staff at the Universities started to make use of our services as w
