We also do Energy Performance Certificates, Domestic and Commercial.

SAP calculations for new build and thermal calculations required for Building Regulation approval.

History

Established in 1980.

I have completed home extension plans and design for most of my working life,

around 45 years firstly as a builder producing plans for extensions I have built and for the last 25 years plans and design only including a period working as a Building Inspector.

I have an extensive knowledge of building construction on a practical level and from a design view, value for money.

Starting off as a Joiner/​carpenter in 1964, then Building Surveyor, Contracts Manager, Self Employed Builder, Building Inspector, Energy Assessor and

throughout the years from Building Surveyor on wards producing building plans and design for new build and home extensions.

I have extensive knowledge of building from a practical and design view.
