Tried to return a top that I bought as a Christmas present on 28th of December only to be told there were no returns allowed until 29th due to the sales and high volume of people in the shop. (we were the only people at the counter at the time) also the shops policy is exchange only and no refunds! Not a customer friendly shop and I wouldn’t buy here again.

i arnt much for the clothes in this store but my partner likes the clothes & the quality of the designs in the store.
