Poor pasta, terrible pizza. Note to Spago: tomato purée is not a proper substitute for tomato sauce. Parking is impossible round here and all in all I wouldn’t bother.

Never have I paid so much for such poor food. A big group of us ate there one Saturday night. I ordered the calamari to start which was so rubbery it would rather have eaten elastic bands. My main course of breaded chicken was flavourless and the cheese on top was rather plastic. My partner had mozzarella which was fine but the seafood paella again was over cooked. Lovely sized prawns ruined by overcooking. Needless to say some members sent their food back. Service however was very good. I would never go back and recommend you don’t either.

This place is cheap and cheerful and the food they serve is rather basic. However it’s still a very popular place although it’s really not much at all. The décor is pretty standard and the service is good– some waiters are Italian and very friendly (and flirty). Perhaps have a pizza if you want to go for a safe choice but avoid the pasta as sometimes it gets overcooked– especially if it’s a busy night. It’s really close to all the bars on Osborne road so ideal if you want then head out for a few drinks and not have to go all the way into town.
