Had a takeaway last night and was very disappointed! We had sweet and sour king prawns and beef chow mein. The batter on the prawns was cooked for too long and as a result was hard and unpalatable, the sweet and sour sauce was far too sour and tasted too much of vinegar.
Everything was over-​salted. A most unenjoyable meal.

ka fing are a lovely takeaway unfortunatley they are always closed for a chinese celebration. They are situated in the main takeaway alley in newton abbot and are opposite the queens hotel. they have tight competition from the royal china and the china garden but always try and keep their prices down. This family is authentically chinese and very friendly they are also happy to deliver to ipplepen a few miles away for only a few pounds

Ka-​Ming located right next to Fozzies at the end of newton abbot is a very nice chinese takeaway, always the best place to go for a chinese.
very friendly staff who all speak good english and serve the food very quickly and the kitchen is in perfect sight of the waiting area so you can be sure that your food is cooked to order not just warmed up.
