Our cleaning services are tailor made to suit your household’s needs, whether you require daily, weekly, or fortnightly cleaning, ironing or just a one-​off spring clean. We also clean windows (internally), ovens and offer a bed linen or curtain changing service.

All our staff are rigorously vetted, fully trained and insured, giving you all round complete peace of mind.

In a recent survey 98% of our existing clients expressed satisfaction of the quality of our cleaning and product knowledge and overall, clients confirmed that we have maintained our high standards in all areas of operation.

We operate throughout North Tyneside and Whitley Bay including the following areas: Tynemouth, Cullercoats, Whitley Bay, Monkseaton, West Monkseaton, Earsdon, North Shields, Wallsend, Shiremoor, Howdon, Backworth and more.

History

Established in 2006.

Having always had cleaners, when it came to replacing a really good one proved almost impossible. After using several agencies and other companies who were unreliable or employed inexperienced cleaners who were unable to carry out the easiest of tasks I was fed up. Eventually I decided to advertise for a private cleaner in the local paper and had 106 responses!

Spending weeks meeting, interviewing and setting tasks for every applicant was exhausting but in 2006 I gave the best 6 applicants a job and Krystal Clean (NE) was born.

I am delighted to say that since inception we have gone from strength to strength, servicing a number of homes across North Tyneside building a reputation for quality along the way.

Meet the Business Owner

Krystina D.

Business Owner

Krystina Dryden was originally born in Leeds and moved to the North East in 1996. She has been married to Bill Dryden since 2001 and they have two children.

Krystina began her career as an office junior and worked her way up the corporate ladder to the position of Managing Director specialising in the sports media and legal sectors.

Educated to degree standard, she started her own company in 2006 and since inception has grown organically in size whilst earning a reputation for quality and affordability within a niche market.

Her aim is to continue to grow, expanding into other geographical areas whilst not compromising the quality of the services provided.
