This is an estate agency with a unique friendly feel to it. It is slightly at the far end of town and quite a small property, but it is run by a family that have been in the town for years and you benefit from the intimacy of their service. They deal in property sales but also a large part of their business is in the rental market, but retail and commercial properties. They give a very high level of service and what is more important they are reliable and honest, they wont tell you your property is worth x if its only worth y and build false hopes. They are really good letting agents and if there is ever a problem, if an answer isn’t available immediately, rest assured somebody will get back to you as soon as absolutely possible.
