Cook

I was very pleased when Cook opened in Northwood as I’d browsed a store elsewhere in London a few years prior but it was summer and I figured that the food would defrost before I could get it home.
You see, Cook does frozen food — but like home cooked meals, ready frozen. These come in a range of sizes and they do all the sides plus lunchtime meal pots and party food. I’ve now tried quite a range of products and am yet to find one I didn’t like.
The star of course is the Chicken Alexander, but I’m also a fan of the Chicken Dijon as well. Their Indian range is pretty good — although best to compare it against supermarket indian meal ranges than something from a restaurant.
But enough about the food — the staff here are excellent. Friendly, helpful and usually offering free samples. Probably the most American styled customer service in the UK (in a good way). I’ll be back once again — just as soon as I clear out my freezer.
